Short pattern ductile iron butterfly valves
The short pattern ISO 5752 series 20 ductile iron butterfly valves are concentric. The butterfly and the body are both made of strong and durable ductile cast iron with an epoxy powder coating. The joint is mounted in the body and the shaft runs through the disc. The PAM short pattern butterfly valves comply with standard EN 1074¬2.
Ductile iron butterfly valves suitable for low pressure systems and all types of fluids
PAM WAFER range of ductile iron butterfly valves is assembled using rods and nuts. Installed above ground in order to reduce congestion, this valve is suitable for low pressure systems and all types of fluids. Any intervention on this product should be carried out when the network is not under pressure.
Adaptable LUG butterfly valve range for all types of fluids and constraints
Assembled above ground to resolve congestion problems, the LUG range of ductile iron butterfly valves is installed using bilateral screws (and no nuts). It can be adapted for all types of fluid and constraint and, like WAFER, LUG butterfly valves have two friction points. This gate valve is used to dismantle one side of the installation while keeping the other under pressure and in full operating mode.

HYDRO / HYDRO-E Einklemmklappe
Die zentrisch gelagerten Absperrklappen HYDRO und HYDRO-E sind unsere wirtschaftliche Lösung für unterschiedlichste Anforderungen. Ihre geringe Baulänge nach DIN EN 558-1 Grundreihe 20 garantiert einen platzsparenden Einbau. Dies gilt sowohl für die zum Einklemmen geeignete HYDRO als auch für die als Endarmatur einsetzbare HYDRO-E. Qualität wird auch hier Großgeschrieben, daher sind die für die Trinkwasserversorgung vorgesehenen Absperrklappen der Serie HYDRO mit dem DVGW-Zertifikat ausgezeichnet und für die Abwasserversorgung mit einer hochwertigen NBR-Dichtung ausgestattet.
Der modulare Aufbau unserer HYDRO / HYDRO-E erlaubt den Austausch einzelner Komponenten, wie z.B. der Dichtung, der Klappenscheibe und der Antriebe. Somit kann die Klappe individuell auf ein anderes flüssiges Medium oder eine andere Antriebsart angepasst werden. Die folgenden Merkmale sprechen für sich:
- Die Klappenscheibe ist zentrisch gelagert.
- Die Konstruktion sorgt für den Erhalt der Rückstellkraft der Dichtung, dies ist die Basis für Langlebigkeit.
- Kleinere Regelaufgaben sind mit der HYDRO /HYDRO-E realisierbar.
- Die modulare Bauweise ermöglicht anwenderspezifische Kombinationen der Einzelteile.
