We do this by including standard features that help improve durability, operator safety, asset security and overall performance. Features such as our spring bar opening that allows one person lifting and our load transfer system corners that disperse the force of heavy loads, providing enhanced access cover rigidity and strength. We've also designed and engineered the Install Plus frame levelling system which ensures a right first time installation.

Load classifications

Class B125 Access Covers
B125
Designed to withstand loads up to 125 kN (12.5 tonnes), they are ideal for footways, pedestrian zones, private driveways, and car parks where occasional vehicle access occurs.
C250 load classification
C250
Products in this class are engineered to withstand a test load of 250 kN, making them suitable for areas where vehicles up to 5 tonnes regularly pass, such as kerbside channels and light traffic zones.
D400 load classification
D400
Products in this class are designed to withstand a test load of 400 kN, making them suitable for areas subject to heavy traffic, such as carriageways, hard shoulders, and industrial roads.
E600 Class

Products in this class can withstand a test load of 600 kN, making them ideal for demanding environments such as docks, industrial yards, airports, and freight terminals.
