Rotatable Flange Joint

A Rotatable Flange Joint is a specialised flanged connection that allows the flange to rotate around the pipe axis. This feature provides flexibility during installation, enabling precise alignment of bolt holes without rotating the entire pipe or fitting. It is commonly used in water and wastewater networks, especially where space constraints or alignment challenges exist.

  • A number of different fitting shapes (maximum rotatable flange dia DN600)

  • Pressure ratings: PN10, PN16 (as standard), PN25 & PN40

Working Method

  • Seal achieved by the compression of the gasket when bolting together two flanges.

  • Flange alignment can be achieved by the rotation of the flange backing ring.
