Couplings Range - LINK
Designed to be connected to pipes of different materials, or for use with one material only, couplings are used to join two pipes or tube spigot ends.
Coupling for PE/PVC-U from DE63/OD63 to DE315/OD315. Mechanical anchoring is made with a ring and tightening of bolts. The coupling for PE/PVC-U can be installed in the PE/PVC-U networks with a PFA of 16 bar. The components in contact with water are approved ACS in accordance with the decree of the French Department of Health of May 1997.
There are several ranges of couplings available depending on the required dimensions and allowable operating pressures.
UltraLINK ultra large tolerance coupling for pipes of various construction
This coupling is suitable for pipes in grey iron, ductile iron, fiber-cement, and PVC. These couplings are offered for pipes of outside diameter from OD 49mm to 348mm without discontinuity. The PFA is 16 bar (DE range from 20 to 30mm). Wide angular deflexion of +/- 6° for each joint (12° for couplings) (12° between the two pipes)
LINK GS dedicated coupling for ductile iron pipes
The range is available from:
- DN40 to DN100 - PFA 40 bar,
- DN125 to DN300 - PFA 25 bar,
- DN350 to DN600 - PFA 16 bar.
LINK GS dedicated coupling for large diameter ductile iron
The range is available from DN350 to DN1000. PFA 16 bar
LINK PE anchored coupling mechanic for PE tubes
The range is available from DN50/OD63 to DN300/OD315. PFA 16 bar (DN50/OD63 au DN250/OD280). PFA 10 bar (DN300/OD315).
FixLINK anchored
Enables the connecting together of two pipes or valve spigot ends. With smaller dimensions for tightening only on one side to make the installation easier, specially in congested areas (subsoil or chamber).
The range of anchored couplings is available from:
- DN60 to DN250 - PFA 16 bar,
- DN300 - PFA 10 bar.
FixLINK PVC-PE anchored dedicated coupling for PVC and PE tubes
Similar to the previous model, this coupling is suitable for PVC and PE. For connection tubes it is recommended to use reinforcement rings.
The range of anchored couplings is available from OD63 to OD280 - PFA 16 bar.
Utilization possible with PE 80 and PE 100 tubes, PN 10 and PN 16. It’s recomended to use renforcement ring for PE pipes.
