KORUM Range - D400
KORUM, the D400 roadway manhole cover for periodical inspections and heavy traffic.
KORUM can be supplied with markings (mains drainage, storm drainage, etc.) and personalization (logo of a water supply and treatment body, town crest, etc.). To ensure safety, the cover features all the validated customer markings when it leaves the foundry. There are no added, screwed, bonded or welded markings. The product is fully complete, safe and in conformity with EN 124.

HIGH-LEVEL ROBUSTNESS
KORUM is a very robust cover, designed and manufactured to cope with the repeated loads of high traffic. Numerous laboratory and road site tests carried out over a period of several months under demanding traffic conditions have validated a design combining safety of use and longevity. KORUM is built to sustainably resist the flow of cars and trucks in urbanized areas and on major highways. KORUM has an average breaking strength of more than 25% compared to the requirement of EN124, Class D400.
DESIGN INTELLIGENCE
In case of network overloads, the KORUM cover opens up while remaining attached to the frame. Guided precisely by its ball joint, it closes naturally under the effect of its own weight, and re-locks, thanks to the elastic bar, the
passage of the first vehicle.
