Our ZMU pipes in Germany!
A few kilometers from Cologne, a strategic project is underway to secure the drinking water supply for 1.1 million people
Objective: to replace a pipeline dating from the end of the Second World War, located in a protected natural area.
Our client chose #PAMDuctileIron for (at least) three key reasons:
- Reduced installation footprint
- Reuse of excavated soil without additives
- Close, on-site technical support
- and of course, the exceptional lifespan of ductile iron
3 km of Natural ZMU pipes have been installed (including more than 2 km in DN1200), with Universal Ve joints.
Delivery was ensured by our Blueway trucks running on HVO biofuel
