Field of application:

Group 4 (class D 400) in accordance with EN124-2 standard, carriageways of roads (including pedestrian streets), hard shoulders and parking areas, for all types of road vehicles.

Material and coating:
- Frame and Cover in ductile iron Grade EN GJS 400-15, water based coating
- Dural-Plus gasket technology allow a massive durability under traffic, and against traffic environment aggressiveness (oil, sand, movement…), with a very low sensitivity against low and hot temperatures

The use of the ductile iron enables the realization of the locking of covers of the manhole covers using a spring bar.
The spring bar is integrated into the cover and is placed by constraint under the spoiler of the frame during the closing.
The ¼ turn locks are provided in the form of kits enabling to equip manhole covers and gratings on site.
The manhole cover TEK and B-TEC can be equipped with a cover anti-theft spline.
This spline located in the hinge box prevents any extraction of the cover of its frame.
The spline is been fitted during the embedding of the manhole cover and cannot be dismounted any more thereafter.
