Anti-rotation clips of PAMTIGHT manhole covers for extreme service conditions
The operations of maintenance must be made thus regularly and effectively, in particular on castings subjected to extreme conditions of service, such as strong and violent vibrations due to traffic or castings, which, in principle, must be bolted to ensure tightness or security.
Taking into account the chances or the difficulties of maintenance by the services of maintenance, a system of “anti-rotation clips” facilitating the blocking of the cover in its frame has been developed.
These clips are delivered with each PAMTIGHT manhole cover in a box fasted in the frame with notes of implementation. (See note below)
Once implemented, the clips prevent any rotation of the bolts and thus the loosening of the maintenance clams of the cover.
It is possible to level a PAMTIGHT manhole cover already in place while using a kit including 6 clamps, 6 washers, 6 bolts and 6 clips: reference of the kit C49.
It is possible to level a PAMTIGHT 800 manhole cover already in place while using a kit including 8 clamps, 8 washers, 8 bolts and 8 clips: reference of the kit C69.
Warning: the clamps intended to receive the clips being specific, it is imperative to use those contained in the kit.
