Documents
The ¼ turn locks are provided in the form of kits enabling to equip manhole covers and gratings on site.
- A kit of 20 pins, intended to prevent the extraction of the cover from its frame, is available in option.
- Two metal pins located on the hinge prevent any extraction of the cover of its frame.
- This system preserves all the functionalities of the product (guiding and 90°blocking function).
- After installation, the pins can not be grasped with a tool, type grip.

Note: This system is irreversible
The ventilated versions of Pamrex manhole covers can be equipped with a mudpan in stainless steel comprising 3 or 4 legs of suspension resting on the ring.
One of these legs is equipped with a mistake-proofing and must be placed in the opening box.
The covers of ventilated Pamrex manhole covers have notches in their skirt enabling to remove all interactions between the cover and the mudpan.
The square form of the frame (845 x 845 mm) and his particular ribbing require an installation on a flat surface (a very simple flagstone is perfect).
The round form 880 of the concrete manhole tops isn’t appropriate.
For this type of frame, the bedding must ensure a compression strength at least equal to 10 Mpa at the time of back in circulation. The bedding material and the time of catch will be selected in consequence.
